After the birth of their son, George, Gina, with the loving support of her husband, decided to stop teaching art and stay at home. In March of 2012 they rented a studio space on Howard Avenue. Originally, they studio was for her to have a place to create her own work. George has since changed the name of studio thirty 2 eleven to Schoodio 3.2.1. and we have dreams that are in the works, of creating a place for others to create, educate and celebrate the arts.

Her paintings are reminiscent of Picasso and Hundertwasser. She specializes in abstract family portraits and the whimsical.

Schoodio 3.2.1. will begin offering art classes and studio sessions for all ages and levels in the spring.

Our Story

Gina Langston Brewer is a visual artist, a visual thinker, a teacher, a mother, a wife. She and her husband and youngest son have been stationed at Fort Benning, Columbus Georgia, for an indefinite amount of time, since August of 2011.

Gina is a graduate of both WInthrop University and Columbia College. Experienced in many forms of art and education, business and management, she now stays at home with her son, George, whilst creating art. Paintings, up-cycled garden creations, and re-purposed home furnishings are her current focus. When she isn't co-engineering a massive wooden train track or doing chicken chores, she finds solace in the process of creation!
